Hi there! I'm Sara, and I'm so honored to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and transformation. I am a mom of two amazing teenagers and a 100lb Doberman named Tank :) I love to cook, spend time with family and friends, travel and sip a great cup of coffee! As a Certified Professional Life Coach with a love for Jesus, background in human resources and a deep passion for helping women navigate life's transitions, I bring a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and faith to our coaching sessions.
